The Table Men’s Retreat
are you tired of the noise?
Let’s be honest—life is loud. Between work deadlines, family responsibilities, and the relentless ping of notifications, it’s easy to lose sight of what really matters.
Sound familiar?
You’re juggling more balls than a circus clown, but it feels like none of them are landing.
Your phone buzzes more than a beehive, but when was the last time you heard from God?
You want rest—like, real, deep-down-in-your-soul rest—but that feels about as mythical as Bigfoot.
What if you had a seat at the table?
Not just any table, but The Table—the one where Jesus invited His closest friends, broke bread, and created a space for connection, renewal, and truth. This retreat isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about clearing it.
The Table Men’s Retreat: Where Rest Meets Renewal
From Friday to Sunday, you’ll trade your phone for silence, your to-do list for meaningful conversation, and your distractions for divine connection.
Here’s what you can expect:
Friday Night: Start with Purpose
We’ll kick things off with a meaningful meal together. This is your chance to meet the other guys, unplug from the world, and settle into the rhythm of the weekend. The night will set the tone for what’s to come—rest, reflection, and a whole lot less noise.
Saturday: Space for What Matters
The day is designed to give you space to breathe. After breakfast, we’ll take time to reflect on what’s stirring inside. No pressure, no distractions—just time to listen and be heard. And don’t worry, we’ve carved out plenty of time for fun along the way. In the evening? We’ll wrap up with prayer, community, and the chance to recharge around the fire.
Sunday: Take It With You
We’ll wrap things up with breakfast and a time to reflect. What did you discover? What’s your next step? You’ll leave with more than just memories—you’ll walk away refueled and ready for what’s ahead.
What This Retreat Will Do for You:
Quiet the noise
Leave your phone at the door and finally hear what matters.
Get honest
This isn’t a place for perfect guys. This is a place for honest guys who want to be free from whatever’s holding them back.
Find real rest
Not the “Netflix and chill” kind. The “Jesus and be still” kind—with plenty of space to have fun like you did when you were a kid.
Community
Whether you’re a lone wolf or a social butterfly, you’ll find real connection with other men who are on the same journey.

Meet Your Host:
Gary Hornstien
Gary’s not your typical retreat leader. Sure, he loves God and knows a thing or two about leading men into deeper spiritual connection—but he’s also the guy who’ll drop an out-of-the-blue, irreverent comment just to keep things fun and light. (Don’t worry, he’ll make you think and laugh.)
With years of experience in guiding men’s groups, Gary’s passion is simple: helping guys step away from the noise and into a life-changing encounter with Jesus. He’s real, he’s laid-back, and he’s been where you are. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just plain worn out, Gary’s here to make sure you leave this weekend feeling rested, renewed, and reconnected.
Why ‘The Table’?
Jesus’ last supper wasn’t just about the food (although bread is always a win). It was about connection. It was His way of saying, “You belong here, with me.” And that’s the heart of this retreat. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up, pull up a chair, and be ready for what happens next.
It’s time to stop, drop, and rest. No, seriously. Stop trying to be everything to everyone. Drop the constant noise. And rest in the fact that you’re already enough. This isn’t a retreat; it’s a chance to rediscover who you are, and more importantly, who God says you are.

FAQs
What should I bring?
Pack light and keep it simple! Bring comfy clothes, a Bible, a journal, and any personal items you’ll need for the weekend. And yes, leave your phone behind—we’re going digital detox style.
How many guys will be there?
Expect a small group of about 8-12 men. It’s intimate enough to build meaningful connections but big enough to keep things interesting.
Will there be Wi-Fi or cell service?
Nope! This weekend is all about unplugging. There’s no Wi-Fi, and cell service is spotty at best. It’s the perfect excuse to disconnect and fully focus on rest, connection, and renewal.
What’s the sleeping arrangement?
You can choose between a private room (with a shared bathroom and shower) or a shared room where you’ll bunk with a few other guys. Either way, it’s cozy and comfortable.
Is the food really that good?
Oh, you bet. We’re talking top-notch, home-cooked meals that’ll leave you satisfied and maybe even asking for seconds. Come hungry.
What’s the schedule like?
The schedule is designed for a mix of worship, prayer, rest, and fun. It’s relaxed and flexible, giving you plenty of time to unwind and focus on what matters most.
What if I’m not the “outdoorsy” type?
No worries! This retreat isn’t about rugged wilderness survival or even about being outdoors. It’s more about slowing down, getting real with God, and connecting with other guys. You’ll enjoy plenty of comfort, whether you’re sitting by the fire or relaxing in your room.
What if I don’t know anyone?
Perfect! This is a great opportunity to make new friends. By the end of the weekend, you’ll feel like you’ve known these guys for years. It’s all about building community.
